Join me in a class where we will stretch, have some invigorating but nice movements, release tension, breathe, and for the last 20 minutes we will slow down into a Yin yoga targeting the deep tissues of the body and the fasciae to work deeper in the restoration of your body and mind and then we will have a deep relaxation and connection.

You can practice this class with me online or face to face. And you can choose your language of preference, when you choose this class for a private session.
