ADVANTAGE OF PRACTICING YOGA ONLINE.




A few students from my outdoor classes, don't love the idea of Online Classes. Even some of them never tried. I understand them, I'm what you could call old school, I preferred the meeting and the classes in the gym but, since I left my country and I started to travelling I had to use the online connection to keep in touch with my family and friends, and my Yoga teachers. And the day a day, I found more and more advantages of the online classes and I want to share them with you.

Makes your life easier, you don't have to use time looking for parking, or wait for your bus. You can do it in your pj's, without a shower, with your pillow marked on your face, without taking your make-up, even somedays we feel like NO I don't want to move...but you want to practice Yoga because makes you feel right AND the best of the online classes, isn't mandatory to have your camera on. Online classes fix all these problems and more. Yoga can help with your state of mind, your body, your breathing, Yoga makes you BETTER.

In online classes, you choose when, how, and what you want to practice. You can do it early in the morning, in the middle of the night when you can't sleep, before going to sleep, YOU choose your time. Give it a try. Even when you go on holiday you can keep practicing in front of the beach, mountains...

You don't need to do online classes inside, go outside and practice!!!
