Ayurvedic nutmeg tea for a good night’s sleep.

Ingredients


  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon of organic nutmeg powder

  • A pinch of organic ginger powder

  • Organic honey as per taste


Method


Pour 1 cup of milk into a vessel and bring it to a boil.

Put off the flame and pour it into a cup.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder and a pinch or dash of ginger powder and give it a very good mix.

Add in honey as per taste and stir.

Consume warm before bedtime.
